How We Ship TechGrip Gloves Around the World in Days
Fast international delivery starts long before an order is placed.
When a customer receives a pair of gloves within days, the delivery can look simple. Behind it sits months of forecasting, freight movement, customs preparation and inventory allocation.
TechGrip operates as an Australian company with customers around the world. Shipping every order from one location would create longer delivery times, higher costs and more customs friction. Instead, we position inventory closer to the communities we serve.
Our fulfilment network supports Australia and New Zealand from Melbourne, the United States and nearby markets from our US operation, European customers from Amsterdam, and the UAE from Dubai. When an order is placed, it can be routed to the appropriate location for local or regional dispatch.
The process starts with planning. Goalkeeper gloves involve multiple models and sizes, which means inventory cannot be treated as one total number. Having 500 pairs in stock does not help if the model and size customers need are sitting in the wrong country. We review sales patterns and decide how much of each product to allocate to each region.
Stock then moves in bulk from production to the relevant fulfilment location. Freight method, customs documents, duties and arrival timing all influence the decision. Delays at this stage can create a gap weeks later, even when customer demand was forecast correctly.
Once inventory is received, each unit is counted and assigned to the website. A customer order then flows to the warehouse for picking, packing and carrier collection. We generally allow one to five business days for processing, followed by the estimated transit time shown for the destination.
Tracking begins after dispatch, but a tracking page is only the visible end of the system. Our team still monitors exceptions, helps correct address issues and works with carriers when a parcel is delayed or lost in transit.
No logistics network is perfect. Weather, customs, carrier volume and incorrect address details can all affect delivery. The purpose of regional fulfilment is to reduce those points of friction and give customers a faster, more predictable experience.
For a growing independent brand, maintaining stock across several regions is a major commitment. We make it because waiting weeks for essential equipment should not be the normal experience of buying from an international goalkeeper brand.
