TechGrip is an Australian-owned goalkeeper glove brand. We fulfil orders through warehouses in Melbourne, Dallas, Amsterdam and Dubai.
We ship across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the UAE and Europe.
Orders are normally dispatched from the warehouse responsible for your region. This includes Melbourne for Australia and New Zealand, Dallas for the United States, Canada and Mexico, Amsterdam for Europe, and Dubai for the UAE.
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 3 to 5 business days. Carrier delays and regional circumstances may affect these estimates.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take a short time to update after the parcel is collected.

Eligible products can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and remain in their original condition.
No. We offer an exchange or store credit for eligible change-of-mind returns, but we do not provide cash refunds. EU customers retain all applicable rights under EU consumer law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or there is another circumstance where TechGrip is legally responsible.

TechGrip follows standard goalkeeper glove sizing. If you normally wear a size 9 in another established glove brand, a TechGrip size 9 should generally fit you. We are currently developing a detailed TechGrip size guide.
Wash them gently by hand using lukewarm water and allow them to air-dry naturally. Do not use harsh chemicals, washing machines, tumble dryers or direct heat. Avoid using your palms to push yourself up from the ground.
Latex is a soft performance material that naturally wears with use. Rough and artificial surfaces, dry palms, incorrect washing and using the palms to get up from the ground can accelerate wear.
Some models include protective plastic film over the latex. If present, carefully remove it before using the gloves. Take extra care around the stitching and edges.
Yes. Goalkeepers interested in sponsorship can send us their player profile, current club, location, social media accounts and relevant playing or content information. Every application is reviewed individually, and sponsorship is not guaranteed.
